Hey guys, sorry I haven't posted in forever.  I plan on posting more frequently but everything has been so busy lately.  Anyway, today I did a fun shoot with my sister and I had an idea for a magazine/lookbook thing so thats the theme!  Here's a preview- enjoy, xx!

Faux Fur and New Pickups

Hey guys!  Okay so I posted on my instagram that I was posting yesterday, but I ended up having a lot of homework so I was only able to take the photos.  So since my last post, I've been working at my new job, I got a my madewell package (a bralette and the rings pictured below), I got accepted to a college (AH), and tons of other things.  Last weekend I got a gel manicure (powder, not UV) which is still on my nails and I'm in love with it; it hasn't chipped or anything and its still super shiny so I'm really happy with that.  Anyway, this past weekend, I worked, bought some stuff, did lots of homework and organized my room (when am I not haha).  So first pictured below are my lip glosses and stuff that I put in a silver bowl to keep them in one place- I bought some new ones that I show close ups of, etc.  The rest of my photos will have captions, and they're mostly of the new things I bought!  Enjoy! xx

Ps- It gets dark so early now so in a lot of the photos the lighting is bad im sorry :(

ALSO- The jacket is NOT REAL FUR.  It's fake and I would never get a real fur jacket!  (I love animals too much hehe)

NYC During the Holidays

Hi guys! Okay so I had a really good day, and I took a few photos so I figured why not share them.  I had to stay after school for a college meeting so my boyfriend and I went to a café, got coffee and did homework.  Then we went to the meeting, and it ended up being something that we didn't expect so we left early (it was a great decision).  After, we walked around and went to a really nice book store and the holiday market in Bryant Park.  Last, we went to Le Pain Quotidien (I still have no idea how to pronounce this ooopsie) and we got croissants- so yummy.  Overall it was a really nice day and I'm surprised it was a school day because when I got home it felt like Friday.  (I'm also so happy tomorrow is Thursday and actual Friday is almost here yay!)

PS- Tomorrow I'm visiting Brandy Melville about the job, and I ordered two things from Madewell on cyber Monday that should be arriving Friday! So more posts to come- wooo!

Pinterest

Okay, so I forgot to include this in my last post but I also made a Pinterest account this weekend!  I'm addicted to it and its such a good source for inspiration ahhh.  So basically you have boards that you create and name, and you pin things you like to these boards.  Its a good way to stay organized and find new ideas and get inspired.  I pin a lot from my tumblr (I installed the Pinterest plug in for my browser so its super easy).  I always loose track of things I see that I really like because I have no room on my computer or phone to save anything, so Pinterest is a really good place to do that!

Road trips and a Sleepy Pup

Hey guys! I hope everyone had a great thanksgiving break- I haven't updated because I was away visiting family, but here's my post about the long weekend! So I was away for four days and I mostly spent time with my family at home, and went out here and there. My new puppy slept for the entire drive there and back (5 hours) and it was the cutest thing ever. I had the best coffee (peets?) at a really nice rest stop so that was great. It was so good that we stopped at the same rest stop on the way home! On Friday I went with all the girls in my family to a spa-like place called the salt cave. Basically it's a room with walls made of huge Himalayan salt rocks and the floor is covered in big grains of the same pink salt. You sit in comfy chairs for 45 minutes in the room while listening to soft music in the dark. It was nice and relaxing- a much needed break from all my school craziness. Afterwards we bought some things from their little shop and got a bite to eat. Later on we went to a few stores and I bought a few things which will be pictured below! Other than that I worked on lots of college stuff and spent time with my family.

I'll be posting what I bought another day because it was too dark to take photos today by the time I got home! 

Yesterday I got to spend time with my boyfriend which was really fun too. We went to a nice little book store and overall it was a relaxing and nice day!
